Defective or Faulty Products 

If any defects or faults are identified upon receiving your order, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Report any issues within 14 days, and our team will work swiftly to address and resolve the matter. 

Damage During Transit 

In the event that items are damaged during shipping, notify us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service and coordinate a replacement or refund, as appropriate. 

Shortages 

If the quantity of items received is less than ordered, please let us know within 14 days. We will supply any missing items or process a refund for the shortfall.
