Placing an order with us cannot be easier, some of the general questions commonly asked is:

What is the Turnaround Time for Personalised Can Cooler Orders?

For orders branded with your graphics below 2,500 pieces, the turnaround time within Australia is 1.5-2 Weeks. For larger orders please enquire with us. For orders with no branding turnaround can be as fast as the next business day.

Are Urgent Rush Orders Possible for Custom Branded Can cooler orders?


Yes, a small surcharge will apply for orders delivered within 1.5 weeks. The surcharge is charged at 15% of total selling price.

Information regarding Product and Quality


Are our products made in Australia

Yes, all our can cooler products are made in Australia. For larger orders above 2,500 pieces you have an option to select production to be made overseas. Overseas made can coolers will be lower in price and our sales team will be able to provide you with more detailed information regarding this option.

Can Stubby Holders Accommodate Larger Bottles or Cans

All neoprene made can coolers are flexible and stretchable by nature. They can accommodate larger cans or bottles by up to 2cm in width. Any larger would not be recommended as you would risk tearing the neoprene especially around glued or stitched areas.

Information on Warranties and Replacement Guarantees

Replacement for Damaged Goods

We guarantee all our work and craftmanship for both product and print. If your purchase arrives with you damaged or with inferior quality print we will replace for you free of charge. Our replacement offer does not extend to damage caused by use or damaged caused in transit by couriers. If damage occurs during transit please contact the courier.
